Sandown Community Support & Budgeting Advocate

Community Action Isle of Wight is seeking a friendly Household Support Officer to help residents in Sandown on low to moderate incomes. The role focuses on early intervention, providing practical support before difficulties escalate, and improving access to local services.

You will deliver short-term support, run welcoming weekly drop-in sessions, and coordinate information, budgeting and skills sessions. Working with partners, you’ll help reduce isolation and build community resilience.
