End-User IT Support Technician: Desktop & Mobile

Thales Group in Belfast is seeking an End User Support Technician to support the IT infrastructure for around 2000 users in a multi-network environment, delivering desktop support services.

Responsibilities include 2nd/3rd line desktop support, incidents up to Priority One, and provisioning laptops/desktops via SCCM in line with build standards. Flexibility for evenings/weekends and on‑call may be required.
