Onsite IT Support Technician – Logistics Ops

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an IT Support Technician to join its operations IT team at a logistics site. You will install, support, and fix IT infrastructure, end-user devices and applications, and collaborate with remote teams to keep systems running smoothly.

The role requires experience supporting Windows, Mac and Linux, plus network troubleshooting and a valid UK driver’s license. Strong English skills (B2+) are essential; AWS or CCNA would be a plus.
