I’m recruiting for an established law firm in Basildon looking to add a Residential Property Paralegal to its busy property team.

If you have previous residential conveyancing experience and are looking for a role where you can develop your career, this could be a great next move.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting fee earners with residential sales & purchases
• Dealing with freehold and leasehold matters
• Handling searches, enquiries and Land Registry work
• Liaising with clients, agents and other solicitors
• Supporting transactions through to exchange and completion
• General file and post-completion work

We’re looking for:

• Previous residential conveyancing experience
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Someone keen to build a long‑term career in residential property
