Facilities & Maintenance Officer – Care Home

Sandmere Care Home in Margate is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Officer to keep the home safe, well maintained and fully operational. You will manage repairs, inspections, installations and general upkeep, coordinating with the Home Manager to ensure health and safety standards are met.

The role requires practical skills, a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently while supporting a safe, comfortable environment for residents and staff.
