Field-Based Customer Service Technician — Multi-Skilled with Bonus

Miller Homes Ltd is seeking a Customer Services Technician to join the North-East regional team in Newcastle. You will perform multi-trade remedial tasks in occupied/unoccupied properties, ensuring safety, quality and excellent customer service in line with Miller Homes’ values.

You will coordinate with the Central Office Hub for task updates, maintain professional appearance and PPE, and obtain customer completion notices where possible. The role includes a company van and bonus potential.
