Planning Technician — Hybrid (1 Day Onsite) Local Government

Schools’ Choice is seeking a Planning Technician to join a Local Authority Planning team in the UK. The role supports validation and registration of planning applications with a hybrid work pattern: 1 day onsite per week, initial 3-month contract, hourly rates £18.20 PAYE or £25 Umbrella.

The successful candidate will review planning documents, liaise with applicants and maintain planning records across systems and databases, gaining valuable Local Government planning experience.
