Grail is seeking a proactive Talent Coordinator to sign and manage TikTok Shop creators, driving revenue through flat-fee partnerships. You will act as the main contact for creators, identify monetization opportunities, and negotiate terms with brands to maximise earnings.
Working closely with a Senior Talent Manager, you will optimize creators’ positioning, expand deal flow, and own campaign execution from start to finish in a fast-growing creator economy.
