Job Description:

As a Real Estate Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for assisting our marketing team in promoting our properties and services to potential clients. This is a paid part-time internship that will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote our properties and services
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target markets
• Help in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media posts
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute events and open houses
• Assist in maintaining and updating our company website and social media platforms
• Respond to inquiries from potential clients and provide them with information about our properties and services
• Attend team meetings and provide input on marketing strategies and initiatives
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing marketing materials
• Other duties as assigned by the marketing team

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Strong interest in the real estate industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
• Must be able to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week
