Lead Business Editor – Commissioning & Strategy

The Guardian is seeking an assistant business editor to commission business and economics content from correspondents and reporters, and to support the Head of Business and Deputy Business Editor. The role covers cost of living, work, housing, energy, banking, and transport topics, with occasional leadership of the desk.

This is a full-time permanent NUJ contract with a nine-day fortnight and regular Sunday shifts, based in London with a hybrid working pattern from the King’s Cross offices.
