Volunteer Coordinator – Inclusive Programs & Green Buddies

FarmAbility is seeking an enthusiastic Volunteer Co-ordinator to lead the recruitment and support of volunteers across our host sites in Oxfordshire. You will provide recruitment, induction and supervision support, and enable annual access to formal training to help volunteers fulfil their roles.

You will monitor volunteer numbers and data, ensure effective communications, and make sure volunteers feel valued and supported.
