F&B Leader for a Branded Midlands Hotel

Corecruitment is seeking a Head of Food & Beverage for a branded hotel in the Midlands. The role will lead the restaurant, bar and kitchen operations, reporting to the General Manager and driving high standards across F&B.

Candidates should have at least 2 years’ experience as an F&B Manager, a solid understanding of operations, and a passion for food and drink. A high-volume hotel background is advantageous, with a full-time, on-site position in the Midlands.
