Job Description:
MAG (Airports Group) in the UK is seeking a Commis Chef to prepare, cook and deliver meals in line with the set menu and Lounge SOPs. You will follow recipes, operate kitchen equipment, and collaborate with the Commis Chef and Senior Chef to produce quality dishes.
The role demands high standards, strong food preparation skills, and a proactive approach to hygiene, stock management and training of new staff. Flexible shifts and open seven days a week are required.
