College Café Chef: Breakfast & Lunch (Term-Time)

Sunderland College is seeking a Chef to join the catering team at Bede Campus and other EPNE sites as needed. The role covers breakfast and lunch service in the Campus Cafe, with supervision from the Chef Supervisor and Food & Beverage Manager. No staff management responsibilities are expected.

You will ensure quality food preparation within budget, follow HACCP, COSHH and allergen guidelines, and contribute to enhancing the service provision while engaging with catering staff.
