Head Chef – Care Home Kitchen & Dining Lead

Somerleigh Court Care Home in Dorchester is seeking a 2nd Chef to lead the kitchen for our elderly residents. You will design and prepare a varied, nourishing menu and manage a kitchen team to deliver a high-quality meal experience.

With experience cooking for large numbers in a commercial setting, you will deputise for annual leave and support residents with dietary needs. You’ll work 40 hours per week on a rota, including alternative weekends.
