Deputy Headteacher: Lead Curriculum, Inclusion & School Improvement

Outcomes First Group’s Riseley Green School in Berkshire seeks a Deputy Headteacher to provide strategic leadership across curriculum, assessment and teaching. You will deputise for the Headteacher and help shape school improvement, pupil progress and staff development.

The role requires a degree with QTS, substantial senior leadership experience in education, and a passion for safeguarding and inclusion. Start September 2026; permanent contract, term-time only.
