We’re looking for a friendly, customer-focused Internal Sales Assistant to join our team at Ringmer Branch.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Internal Sales Assistant, you’ll play a key role in helping customers, supporting sales, and contributing to the success of the branch.
- Serve trade and retail customers face-to-face and over the phone
- Handle enquiries and provide product advice
- Process sales using our internal systems (full training provided)
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Support the team in achieving sales targets
- Help maintain stock levels and keep the sales area organised
- Assist with stock control and general branch activities when required
What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred
- Friendly and confident communication skills
- A positive, proactive attitude
- Strong teamwork skills
- Comfortable dealing with telephone enquiries
- Basic IT skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service

Working Hours
Week 1,2, 3Monday to Friday: 07:30 -17:00
Week 4Monday to Friday: 07:30 -17:15Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
