Learning Disabilities Support Worker — Empower Lives

Essex Cares Limited is seeking a Learning Disabilities Support Worker to join our dedicated team. You will deliver personalised plans to support individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism, promoting independence and social inclusion while enhancing quality of life across our services.

You will provide practical, emotional and social support, assist with daily living tasks and personal care, and travel within Essex for training and placements.
