Sub-Agent – Major Civil Infra (Scotland) Travel

RG Setsquare is seeking an experienced Sub-Agent to support Site Agent on a major programme of substation civils across Scotland. The role involves earthworks, concrete, drainage, access roads and foundations, with on-site delivery and coordination.

You will supervise site teams and subcontractors, plan construction activities, monitor progress and ensure RAMS compliance. Travel across Scotland is required, and candidates with energy, utilities or substations experience will be advantageous.
