Student Experience Specialist: Evening Library IT Help

University of Plymouth is seeking a Student Experience Assistant for the Charles Seale-Hayne Library. You will deliver first line IT support and student help, both face-to-face and remotely, triaging enquiries and recording data in Sunrise ITSM.

You’ll assist with user accounts, software support, loans, printing and space management, plus admin tasks across Library & Learning Operations. Evening shifts and a non-work-from-home arrangement apply.
