Allotments & Community Volunteering Lead

Enable is seeking an experienced Allotment & Volunteering Officer to lead the Allotments Service and expand community volunteering across greenspaces in the borough. You will manage tenancies, budgets, reporting and risk assessments while supporting volunteers and promoting biodiversity.

The role focuses on delivering community engagement initiatives, coordinating volunteering days, and ensuring high standards of health and safety within a dynamic parks team environment.
