Portuguese-Speaking Delivery Liaison

Amazon is seeking a Delivery Station Liaison Agent with Portuguese to be based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses in the UK. You will be the frontline contact, placing outbound calls, investigating delivery issues with partners, and keeping records of customer queries to ensure smooth re-delivery.

You’ll work with warehouse teams, delivery partners and customers to resolve problems quickly, follow SOPs, protect data, and contribute to continuous improvement.
