I’m really excited to be working with a leading international architectural practice that is currently exploring the opportunity to establish a new office in Newcastle city centre.
n

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Design Manager to essentially be part of something from the very beginning helping shape the practice’s presence in the region while taking a senior role across projects, teams and client relationships.
n
n
We’re looking for someone with strong design and technical knowledge, who is confident leading multiple projects and teams and working closely with clients, consultants and wider project stakeholders.
n
n
The role:
n
▪️ Senior leadership opportunity as the Newcastle presence develops
n
▪️ Lead and manage multiple projects and project teams
n
▪️ Client-facing role with responsibility across project stages
n
▪️ Strong understanding of design delivery, construction and contracts
n
▪️ Experience working on medium to large-scale complex projects
n
▪️ High-tech, process-driven or industrial sector experience highly desirable
n
▪️ 10+ years’ experience within the UK construction sector
n
▪️ Revit skills advantageous but not essential
n
▪️ Architectural, Architectural Technology or Engineering background desirable
n
