Main duties: Be responsible for managing customer enquiries ensuring a high level of service across an international customer base.
The role:
– Manage customer enquiries via phone and email providing a professional and helpful service.
– Process customer orders, credits and invoices accurately
– Coordinate deliveries and liaise with relevant teams to ensure orders and services are completed on time.
– Manage customer accounts and outstanding payments
– Resolve customer issues and queries, escalating to the appropriate departments when required.
– Build strong relationships with customers, franchisees, suppliers and internal teams to ensure effective communication and smooth processes
– Identify opportunities for continuous improvement while maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality and customer service
The candidate:
– Fluent in Dutch ( written and spoken ) essential
– Experience in a customer service or an administration role
– Excellent communication s skills with the ability to build good relationships
– Organised, confident with the ability to prioritise
– Confident in using Microsoft Office
