Tuckers Solicitors is seeking a commercially minded Finance Director to lead financial operations across multiple offices, modernise systems, and drive growth. The role reports to the managing partner and oversees a finance team, shaping the firm’s commercial direction.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in law-firm finance, hands-on operational experience (payroll, AR/AP, GL), strategic planning, and strong leadership across sites. Knowledge of SAR and COFA is advantageous.
