Finance Operations Lead (Hybrid) – Public Sector

ARIA is seeking a Head of Finance Operations to lead the Finance Operations function during maternity leave cover. You will manage two direct reports, ensure robust financial controls and timely statutory reporting, and drive automation and AI initiatives across Finance.

Based in London with a hybrid pattern (office 3 days/week), you will work with Programme Finance and external stakeholders to scale ARIA’s funding portfolio toward £1bn while maintaining strong governance and compliance.
