Associate HRBP: Employee Relations in Higher Education

King’s College London is seeking an Associate HR Business Partner to deliver high-quality, responsive HR support to a faculty client group. You will lead employee relations cases and advise managers, applying HR policy and best practice in a complex university setting.

You will work with the Senior HR Business Partner and HR Advisor to deliver people plans, manage a varied caseload, and contribute to organisational change initiatives while maintaining professional standards.
