Director of Property Management – UK Office Portfolio

Madison Berkeley in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Head of Property Management to lead its UK Property Management function, with responsibility for a London and South East commercial office portfolio and direct line to a small team of Property Managers.

You will be hands-on, build strong occupier relationships, oversee service charge budgets and collaborate with Asset Management, Development, Facilities Management and Sustainability to drive occupancy and asset performance.
