Store Manager – Charity Bike Shop & Outreach Lead

Recyke y’Bike in Byker is seeking a dedicated Store Manager to lead our main site. You will oversee retail and volunteer operations, maintain the workshop, and drive repairs quality and customer service while coordinating outreach with leadership.

The role requires Cytech qualification or equivalent mechanic experience, strong stock control, and proven ability to meet sales targets. 40 hours weekly; salary £30,000–£35,000 depending on experience.
