E-commerce Fulfillment & Ops Leader (Hybrid)

Wild is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to own how products reach customers across DTC and retail. You will manage 3PL relationships, ensure on-time and in-full fulfilment, and drive margin improvements across fulfilment, freight and warehousing.

The role is hands-on with accountability for a measurable P&L impact. You will lead the operations team from day one, build scalable processes and partner with Finance and Commercial to deliver growth for a mission-driven brand.
