Lead Site Manager – High-Rise Retrofit Projects

HOWELLS SOLUTIONS LIMITED is recruiting four Site Managers to lead a high-rise retrofit and cladding replacement programme in central Bristol. This permanent, full-time role offers a £52,000 salary plus a package, with an 08:00–16:30 Monday to Friday schedule.

You will oversee one tower block, manage project teams and supply chain partners, and ensure delivery to time, budget and quality standards on high-rise social housing schemes.
