Finance Business Partner

NHB Recruitment are working alongside this PE backed B2B legal information and data services business in their search for a Junior Finance Business Partner / FP&A Analyst. You will join their growing Finance team and work closely with the Senior Finance Business Partner, supporting budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis and commercial decision-making across the business.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and month-end reporting
• Analysing revenue, costs, KPIs and operational performance
• Producing insightful month-end commentary and identifying key trends
• Developing and maintaining performance dashboards
• Supporting financial models, business cases and scenario analysis
• Working closely with commercial and operational teams to turn data into actionable insight
• Supporting senior stakeholders with performance updates and decision-making
• Building strong relationships across the wider business

We’re looking for someone who is:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Experienced in commercial finance or FP&A
• Experience within subscription, SaaS or recurring-revenue businesses is necessary for this role
• Strong in Excel, data analysis and financial modelling
• Commercially minded and genuinely curious about business drivers
• A confident communicator who enjoys working with stakeholders
• Proactive, analytical and solutions-focused
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experienced in budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis
