Equity Reward & VC Schemes Lead

Cooper Parry is seeking an Equity Reward Manager to lead complex valuations for EMI, CSOP, Growth Shares and other executive reward schemes. You’ll advise clients on share scheme structuring and equity planning to align incentives with business goals.

You will navigate tax, legal and accounting challenges, delivering clear strategic solutions while collaborating with Tax, Corporate Finance and Legal teams to refine methodologies and support client growth across the UK.
