Pharmacy2U | Certified B Corp is seeking a Corporate & Commercial Paralegal (In-house) in Leeds. The role is hybrid, with 1-2 days onsite weekly, and involves supporting the Privacy, Legal & Corporate Governance team on commercial contracting, governance and company secretarial matters.
You will work with the Senior Legal Counsel and Director on a range of commercial agreements, governance documentation and strategic legal projects to help the business operate compliantly and efficiently.
