Strategic Sourcing Leader: Public Sector Governance

Advance TRS in Buckinghamshire is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead and oversee sourcing activity across public-sector procurement programmes. The role focuses on governance, assurance and compliance, with a strong emphasis on strategic category management rather than hands-on sourcing.
