An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Senior Lettings Negotiator, or Assistant Branch Manager to take the next step in their career and join our successful and well-established independent estate agency as our new ‘Branch Lettings Manager’ for Truro.
This is a fantastic role for a driven property professional who enjoys winning instructions, conducting valuations, mentoring colleagues and helping drive branch performance. You’ll work alongside an experienced team with clear opportunities to increase your income.

The Role
As Lettings Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the branch by:
- Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
- Supporting the Branch Manager with branch performance
- Coaching and motivating negotiators to achieve targets
- Managing and progressing the lettings pipeline
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout their journey
- Building relationships with vendors, tenants and local businesses
- Taking responsibility for branch lettings operations
- Driving revenue growth and identifying new business opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Senior Lettings Negotiator, or Assistant Manager
- Proven track record of winning and generating business
- Strong knowledge of the local residential market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership potential with the ability to inspire others
- Highly organised and target-driven
- Full UK Driving Licence
