Housing Income Officer: Debt Recovery & Benefits Advisor

Babergh and Mid Suffolk District Councils are seeking an Income Officer to join us on a full-time, permanent basis with a competitive salary of £37,280 – £44,075 per annum.

The role involves delivering housing and welfare benefits advice, applying enforcement powers if needed, and working with partners to maximise income for the Housing Revenue Account while supporting tenants. Hybrid working is available.
