Lead Practitioner, Mental Health & Wellbeing — Coaching

The Dare2Dream Foundation is seeking a Lead Practitioner to support Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioners across North Hampshire. You will coach staff, model best practice, and lead safeguarding and quality assurance to improve outcomes for vulnerable children and young people.

With a reduced caseload, you will guide a designated team, deliver training, and ensure high service standards while building strong relationships with schools and authorities.
