Lead District Nursing Team – Community Home Care Leader

Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 7 Team Leader for our Community Nursing Service based in Poulton-le-Fylde. You will lead a team of Community Nurses, manage day-to-day delivery and contribute to service development within the Clinical Governance agenda.

You will work with clinical leads to implement best practice, maximise resources for patient care, and role-model leadership for junior staff as the team moves into new models of care across the neighbourhood.
