Early Years Portage Officer – Transforming SEND Support

Brent Council is seeking an experienced Portage Officer/Early Years Professional to join the Brent Early Years Inclusion Support Team. You will work with families and professionals to deliver specialist Portage support and early intervention for children with complex needs across home and group settings.

This fixed-term post (36 months) supports Brent’s SEND Improvement Plan, offering term-time hours and a pro-rata salary with London weighting.
