HUC is seeking experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioners (Nurses and Paramedics with V300 Non-medical Prescribing) to join urgent and unscheduled care services, delivering high-quality clinical care across Out of Hours (OOH) and Clinical Assessment Service (CAS) pathways.
You will work autonomously within a dynamic multidisciplinary team, providing timely assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management for patients with urgent needs.
