Copello are partnering with a leading global manufacturing business to recruit a Manufacturing Team Manager. Lead day-to-day operations, own a production area, and drive safety, quality and on-time delivery.

You will coach hourly and salaried colleagues, apply Lean tools such as 6S, Value Stream Mapping and Standard Work, and develop a culture of continuous improvement while collaborating with maintenance and facilities.
