Night Production Supervisor – Food Manufacturing

apetito is seeking a Nights Supervisor in the Meals Department to lead a production line during the overnight shift, ensuring quality, safety and efficiency. You will motivate the team, drive performance and continuously improve operations to meet targets.

The role requires experience in manufacturing, strong numeracy, and the ability to communicate clearly with the team. Regular collaboration with Production, Quality, Engineering and NPD is essential.
