Oxfam GB is seeking an Area Manager to oversee all aspects of shop management within East Anglia. You will lead and empower a team of staff and volunteers, drive performance, and ensure excellent customer service across our network of shops and online channels.

The role includes financial management of area budgets, strategic development, and safeguarding responsibilities. You will work with support teams, maintain strong community relations, and attend interviews via Microsoft Teams.
