Employer Partnerships Officer – Create Opportunities

The Talent World is recruiting an Employability Officer to develop relationships with employers across Cardiff and Barry, securing sustainable jobs and high-quality placements for programme participants. You will bring commercial awareness to help young people and unemployed adults progress into work.

Role requires proactive relationship-building, business development and a focus on delivering measurable social impact, with Monday–Friday hours and a 35-hour week.
