Customer Service Lead – Furniture & Lighting

Soane Britain in Leicester is seeking a driven leader to run the Furniture & Lighting Client Services team, ensuring efficient workflow across quoting, order processing, aftercare and client support.

Reporting to the Client Services & Operations Manager, you will balance capacity, coach staff, manage Zendesk, and collaborate across Manufacturing, Product, Logistics and Finance to deliver a consistently excellent client experience and scalable service as the business grows.
