Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced COE Lead to drive and manage an enterprise Automation & AI Center of Excellence (CoE) for a leading healthcare organization in the UK. The individual will be responsible for defining automation strategy, establishing governance, driving adoption, stakeholder management, benefits realization, and overseeing delivery of automation and AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the automation and AI roadmap aligned to Customer objectives.
• Lead the CoE operating model, governance framework and delivery standards.
• Build and manage the automation pipeline, prioritizing by business value and strategic alignment.
• Develop relationships with executive stakeholders/business leaders to drive adoption & sponsorship.
• Establish performance metrics, benefits tracking and ROI reporting for automation initiatives.
• Oversee the delivery team, ensuring quality, consistency and timely execution.
• Manage capacity planning, resource allocation and vendor relationships.
• Drive best practices, reusable assets and standard methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with security, risk, audit and regulatory requirements.
• Lead governance forums and provide regular portfolio performance updates.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and measurable outcomes.
