Product Genius – Customer Experience Lead

Arnold Clark in Aberdeen is seeking a Customer Service Executive (Product Genius) to deliver outstanding customer experiences at our Mazda/Chery/Jeep/Alfa Romeo/Leapmotor branch. You’ll learn about our products and guide customers through the journey from enquiry to delivery.

You will be part of a cohesive team with strong managerial support, receive training, and have a clear path to progression into car sales. The role includes a five-day week, 38 hours, and weekend work.
