UK Regional Underwriting Lead – Growth & Relationships

Marsh is seeking a Regional Underwriting Lead UK for the Fast Track Team, based in London, Norwich or Birmingham. This hybrid role requires three days in the office weekly. You will own the UK region, develop regional relationships, and guide complex risks through placement with internal teams and brokers.

You will lead a cross-functional region, grow opportunities, and shape the Fast Track offering while ensuring strong placement outcomes and market competitiveness.
