Village Hotels – Basingstoke is seeking a Pub and Grill Team Leader to act as the operational right hand to the Manager. You’ll lead the shift in our pub, and confidently stepping across other F&B areas when needed to maintain brilliant hospitality and hit commercial targets.

You’ll run pre-shift briefings, champion our social media, coach your team on the floor, manage stock and GP, and help deliver top guest experiences in a busy hotel environment.
